Overview
NTUC First Campus is looking for a Corporate Development Intern to support strategic planning, market research, and organisational initiatives that strengthen Singapore’s early childhood sector. This internship gives you the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, explore the preschool landscape, and contribute to projects that shape long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate planning tasks, including supporting senior management meetings and tracking progress on strategic initiatives
- Help prepare reports and updates related to organisational KPIs and the Balanced Scorecard
- Conduct industry research and market analysis to highlight trends affecting the early childhood sector
- Summarise insights and recommend implications for NFC’s strategic direction
- Contribute to the development of new business concepts through research, brainstorming, and feasibility work
- Support early-stage pilots by coordinating planning, logistics, or simple financial modelling
- Help with Strategy & Transformation projects and contribute to team bonding or engagement activities
Requirements
- Open to university or polytechnic students from any discipline, especially business or analytical fields
- Able to commit for at least 4 months (6 months preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
