Overview
Keppel’s Real Estate Division is offering an Asset Enhancement Internship in Singapore, providing students with hands-on exposure to real estate project management. Interns will work closely with the Technical Services team to update project databases, assist in procurement, design, and construction processes, and gain insights into managing large-scale property developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project and cost information in central databases.
- Organize and manage knowledge resources, including vendor lists, project waivers, and timelines.
- Support day-to-day asset enhancement projects, including procurement and design management.
- Assist with construction and project coordination tasks under supervision.
- Conduct research to validate project data and contribute to informed decision-making.
- Prepare summaries and updates to support project reporting and team discussions.
- Collaborate with the Technical Services team to ensure smooth workflow for ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student with an interest in real estate, project management, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and creativity skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet research.
- Resourceful, responsible, and eager to learn.
