Overview
This Project Management internship with Keppel’s Infrastructure Division offers hands-on exposure to the planning, execution, and close-out of Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects, including District Cooling Systems (DCS), Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM), and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. You will work closely with Project Managers and gain practical experience across technical, compliance, safety, and operational aspects of sustainable energy projects.
What You’ll Gain
- Practical exposure to end-to-end project delivery for cooling and EV infrastructure projects.
- In-depth understanding of EaaS Control Self-Assessment (CSA) processes and risk management.
- Experience in tender preparation, technical evaluation, and contractor due diligence.
- Hands-on involvement in site activities, safety processes, and Testing & Commissioning.
- Familiarity with Keppel’s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and ISO 37001 management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in preparing tender documents for DCS, RCM, and EV charging projects.
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating technical tender submissions.
- Support Third Party Associate (TPA) due diligence for risk and compliance assessments.
- Participate in project execution activities, including project meetings, site surveys, MSRA reviews, site inspections, and Testing & Commissioning.
- Assist with project closure documentation and handover to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams.
- Contribute to improvements in project development processes, including digitalisation, quality planning, and CSA implementation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft Project is an advantage.
