As a Systems Engineer Associate, you will help keep critical end-user computing systems running smoothly for healthcare professionals across the nation. This role blends hands-on technical work with meaningful real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and desktop issues to keep users productive
- Monitor system performance and flag issues before they affect operations
- Recommend and evaluate solutions that improve reliability and efficiency
- Provide timely updates to users on ongoing support requests
- Assist in maintaining IT policies, documentation, and technology standards
- Perform routine checks to prevent system disruptions or connectivity issues
- Support incident response by identifying, resolving, or escalating user problems
- Record cases and updates in the incident management system for tracking and review
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Graduating around Dec 2025
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, service desk processes, and desktop management tools
- A proactive learner who adapts quickly and works well in teams
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- ITIL knowledge is a bonus but not required
- Passionate about contributing to meaningful HealthTech improvements
