About the Role:
The OCBC Graduate Talent Programme is designed to provide graduates with a strong foundation in banking and financial services. Through structured rotations, mentorship, and exposure to multiple business divisions, participants gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and build a network to support their long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities / Learning Opportunities:
- Complete structured rotations across various OCBC business divisions.
- Participate in immersive projects to contribute to real-world banking solutions.
- Engage with mentors and peers to navigate professional development.
- Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge of banking, finance, and related skills.

Who You Work With:
- Depending on rotations, placements may include any of OCBC’s key divisions such as consumer banking, corporate banking, investment banking, private banking, wealth management, treasury, insurance, and asset management.
Requirements / Who You Are:
- Graduating by 6 July 2026.
- Less than 2 years of work experience as of 6 July 2026.
- Strong passion for the banking industry.
- Demonstrated achievements in internships and/or co-curricular activities.
- Leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
