Overview
Join PwC’s Deals Advisory team and get hands-on experience working on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance projects. As a One Deals Intern, you’ll support real client engagements, research companies and industries, and learn how deals are executed from start to finish. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain insights into how businesses create value through transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Research companies, sectors, and transactions to support advisory projects
- Assist in building financial models and performing valuations
- Prepare clear, professional reports and presentations for clients and internal teams
- Support transaction documentation and post-deal processes
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and actionable insights
- Participate in case studies and exercises to enhance problem-solving skills
- Track project progress and contribute to deliverables on time
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in any field, including Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Eager to learn about M&A and corporate finance
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Good communication skills and adaptability to dynamic projects
- Prior exposure to financial modeling is a plus
