Overview
Join Ecolab's Credit team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in the critical field of commercial credit management. You will assist in resolving customer credit holds, support risk analysis, and help improve processes to ensure smooth order-to-cash operations. Key Responsibilities
· Assist in reviewing and resolving new customer orders placed on hold due to credit issues.
· Support the Collections team to justify credit decisions and help meet sales objectives.
· Help review customer credit risk exposure and perform basic credit limit reviews.
· Assist in maintaining and updating customer credit check rules and parameters.
· Contribute to KPI reporting and ad-hoc analyses aimed at improving credit process efficiency.
· Support the Credit Manager with various administrative and analytical tasks.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
· Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude and handle confidential information with discretion.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
· Capable of making sound, independent decisions that align with business expectations.
· Flexible and adaptable to evolving tasks and priorities.
