Overview
Keppel’s Real Estate division is offering an immersive internship at Keppel South Central, a brand-new Prime Grade Office Building in Tanjong Pagar. This role gives interns hands-on exposure to both leasing and operations, providing practical experience in asset management while working alongside property professionals and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Support leasing activities, including conducting property viewings and servicing tenant needs
- Coordinate with outsourced facilities management teams to maintain building standards
- Collaborate with external property consultants to generate prospective tenant leads
- Review and suggest improvements for operational procedures, including tenant fit-out guides and leasing workflows
- Plan and execute tenant onboarding programs to enhance customer experience
- Organize events and community initiatives to create a vibrant building environment
- Assist in exploring new revenue opportunities for the asset
- Take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by HQ or department heads
Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding of financial modeling or keen interest in learning
