Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating project trackers, newsletters, and documentation to support GPO governance.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize financial and operational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and reports for meetings, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including schedules, plans, and progress reports.
- Help coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Support access management for project tools and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of finance projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data analysis.
- Good attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
