Overview
HoYoverse is looking for a motivated Accounting Intern to support its finance team in Singapore. You’ll help manage daily accounting operations, assist in month-end and year-end closings, and contribute to accurate financial reporting. This role provides exposure to the inner workings of finance in a leading global gaming company, while gaining hands-on experience in accounting practices and systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts accurately.
- Support month-end and year-end closing, including preparing financial reports and schedules.
- Verify invoices and payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in revenue accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and settlements.
- Prepare account reconciliations, aging reports, and variance analysis for accuracy.
- Help with audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors or tax agents.
- Participate in process improvements and testing of accounting systems.
- Complete ad-hoc finance tasks and support special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Graduating between September 2025 – August 2026.
- Basic knowledge of Excel; interest in learning accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
