Overview
PwC Singapore’s Deals Advisory Practice is seeking high-potential students for an off-cycle internship in Corporate Finance. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mergers, acquisitions, and private capital fundraising transactions, while working alongside industry experts in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse historical and projected financial information to support client decisions
- Build detailed financial models, including DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions
- Prepare pitch books and presentations for M&A clients
- Support execution of live deals and strategic projects under guidance from engagement leaders
Requirements
- Current students in Accountancy, Business, Economics, or Finance from local or overseas universities
- Strong academic record (minimum 2nd class upper) and active participation in co-curricular activities
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretive skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in multicultural teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Highly motivated, confident, and creative
