About the Role:
DBS Bank’s internship programme is designed to provide undergraduates with early exposure to real-world banking operations and business functions. Interns will gain practical experience across business, support, technology, and data units, while developing essential skills to launch their careers in the financial services sector.
Eligibility:
- Matriculated undergraduate in penultimate year of study.
- Pursuing a degree in any discipline.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship: minimum 12 weeks (Business, Support, Data Units) or 24 weeks (Technology Unit), starting in May.
- Self-motivated team player, adaptable, creative, decisive, and resilient.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Learning Opportunities & Exposure:
- Gain hands-on experience in banking operations and business enabler functions.
- Develop skills in problem-solving, project management, stakeholder engagement, and digital banking technologies.
