About the Role:
As a Finance Intern, you will assist the Corporate Finance team in supporting financial planning, reporting, and audit preparation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to finance business partnering within a real estate and infrastructure-focused global company.
Key Responsibilities / Learning Opportunities:
- Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting exercises.
- Support 3Q reporting, including collating information, preparing schedules, and performing variance analysis.
- Help with year-end audit preparation and reporting tasks.
- Gain insight into finance business partnering activities in a real estate context.
- Understand the processes involved in budget and forecast preparation.
Requirements / Candidate Profile:
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
