Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of financial reports to improve accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis to support decision-making.

- Analyse existing finance or policy workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Contribute to automation or process improvement initiatives using data tools.
- Prepare simple dashboards or reports to track operational or financial performance.
- Work with team members to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or diploma student in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills; Power BI exposure is a plus.
- Interest in how insurance companies operate behind the scenes.
