Mercor is seeking a Finance Professional to support AI research projects by creating high-quality, bilingual financial content. The role involves translating, adapting, and structuring complex financial concepts into clear rubrics and documentation suitable for AI training.

Duration: 2 months
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Compensation: $55–$70/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex financial concepts into structured rubrics and documentation.
- Ensure linguistic accuracy and proper financial terminology in both Traditional Chinese and English.
- Provide contextual insights related to Taiwanese markets, regulations, and practices.
- Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content and validate accuracy.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin and strong written/spoken English.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–6+ years of professional experience in finance, banking, consulting, investment, or related financial sectors.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in financial writing, reporting, or academic publishing preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
- Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
