Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in strategy, experience design, digital solutions, and innovation projects.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and prepare presentations and deliverables for clients.
- Participate in business development activities, including client pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate across teams to provide integrated solutions to complex client challenges.
- Apply design thinking to understand user needs, define functional requirements, and facilitate workshops.
- Assist in creating user stories, requirements definition, and acceptance criteria using agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for financial services, digital innovation, and business transformation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively across channels.
- Familiarity with design thinking, business process analysis, and agile tools is a plus.
- Minimum commitment: 10 weeks from May – July 2026.
