About the Role
Join PwC Singapore’s Firmwide Corporate Services under the Finance Department as an O2C (Order-to-Cash) Intern. This role provides hands-on exposure to core finance operations, process documentation, data analytics, and banking procedures within a global professional services firm. You will support key finance processes while contributing to automation initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities
- Document and map process flows for Credit Control and Collections.
- Prepare statistical reports and analyses for Credit Control (data analytics).
- Bank cheques and perform related data-entry tasks.
- Process Telegraphic Transfers (TT) and cheque-related data-entry.
- Prepare intercompany Accounts Receivable journals for mid-month and month-end closing.
- Assist in completing client forms, including Vendor Forms, Bank Details, Official Receipts, and Statement of Accounts.
- Support ad-hoc duties, finance projects, or automation initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline from a reputable local or overseas university.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with commitment to excellence.
- Active co-curricular engagement is a plus.
