Step into the world of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance with PwC’s One Deals Internship. This program gives students the chance to work alongside experienced Deals professionals on real client projects, learning how businesses evaluate transactions, manage capital, and create value. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on companies, industries, and transactions to support deal teams
- Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis of client data
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal and client meetings
- Support transaction documentation and process workflows
- Collaborate with team members to identify insights and recommendations
- Participate in case studies and simulations to strengthen understanding of deal processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in any field including Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Curious and motivated to learn about M&A and corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator and team player
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Prior exposure to financial modeling is a plus
