Key Responsibilities
- Analyse historical and projected financial statements to support deal decisions

- Assist in the execution of live deals under guidance from senior team members
- Review and interpret financial data to highlight trends and potential risks
- Collaborate with colleagues across global teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Strong academic performance (minimum 2nd class upper) and active in co-curricular activities
- Interest in corporate finance, investment banking, and M&A
- Analytical mindset with quantitative, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator and team player with the ability to work independently
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
