Key Responsibilities
· Provide scheduling and logistical support for interviews with senior strategic candidates across various time zones and functions.
· Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey.
· Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
· Assist the recruitment team with job postings and conducting initial reviews of candidate CVs.
· Support the team with general HR administrative tasks and recruitment-related projects as needed.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
· A genuine passion for people, talent acquisition, and workplace culture.
· Highly accountable, reliable, and meticulous with details.
· A positive, motivated team player with a strong eagerness to learn.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
