As a Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Intern, you will partner with hiring teams to build robust talent pipelines, conduct market research, and engage potential candidates for critical roles. This role offers hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of strategic sourcing within a dynamic, product-driven HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
· Conduct market research to identify talent hotspots, engagement methods, and industry trends.
· Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for evergreen positions across various platforms.
· Proactively reach out to and engage potential candidates via email, social media, and calls.
· Support employee referral programmes and initiatives to generate qualified leads.
· Analyze sourcing campaign data to report on effectiveness and suggest process improvements.
· Assist in managing candidate information and communications within the recruitment database.
Requirements
· Currently an undergraduate or Master’s degree student in any discipline, with a strong interest in HR and recruitment.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather information, identify problems, and propose solutions.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with fast learning ability.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with HQ and international stakeholders.
· Adaptable to cross-cultural work patterns and a fast-paced environment.
· Prior exposure to recruitment, sourcing, or Boolean search techniques is a plus, but not required.
