GenScript Biotech Corporation and ProBio are offering an HR Internship that provides hands-on exposure to human resources operations in a global biotechnology environment. Interns will support HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and documentation management while working closely with teams across Singapore and China. This hybrid internship offers the chance to gain practical experience in HR administration and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft employment-related letters and maintain accurate employee e-files.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and operational tasks as assigned.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all HR documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in HR operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks.
