Overview
Join Shopee's Regional People Team as a Talent Management Intern and contribute to building the future pipeline of talent for one of Southeast Asia's leading tech companies. You will play a key support role in graduate recruitment and development programmes, from system improvements to stakeholder communications. This internship offers a strategic view into how organizations attract, develop, and retain early-career talent.
What You'll Get Out of This Internship
· Gain direct insight into regional talent strategy, graduate recruitment, and early-career development programmes.
· Develop project management and coordination skills by supporting key talent initiatives and system enhancements.

· Build experience in HR technology, including supporting projects for applicant tracking systems and career sites.
· Understand the cross-regional coordination involved in managing talent pipelines and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of regional graduate recruitment and talent development programmes.
· Support system improvement projects for the Graduate Development Program, including updates to career sites and ATS.
· Help ensure timely and accurate communication of programme updates to all relevant stakeholders.
· Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new talent initiatives and enhancements to existing programmes.
· Assist with data reporting and analysis related to candidate pipelines and programme participation.
· Support the team with general administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
· A strong passion for talent development, HR, and workplace culture.
· Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of working effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
· Highly accountable, reliable, and detail-oriented.
· A positive, motivated team player with a strong eagerness to learn.
· Full-time availability is preferred; part-time (minimum 3 days/week) will also be considered.
