What You'll Get Out of This Internship
· Gain practical, end-to-end experience in technical recruitment within a leading e-commerce and technology company.
· Develop core skills in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management.
· Receive direct mentorship from recruiters while collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
· Build a foundational understanding of the talent landscape for engineering and product roles in a competitive market.
· Contribute to the efficiency of the hiring process and the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist recruiters in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for engineering and product positions.
· Collaborate with the team to draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
· Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Communicate clearly with candidates throughout various stages of the recruitment process.
· Support the team with general HR administrative tasks and recruitment-related projects as needed.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
· A strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, and the technology sector.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
· Full-time availability is preferred; part-time (minimum 3 days/week) will also be considered.
