Key Responsibilities
· Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
· Manage recruitment administration, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate tracking systems.
· Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, development events, and company-wide gatherings.
· Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
· Respond to employee queries and help make HR policies and information easily accessible.
· Contribute to standardizing and drafting HR communications to enhance the candidate and employee experience.
· Support logistics and vendor coordination for various HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, preferably in a credit-bearing internship program.
· Available for a full-time, 6-month internship commitment.
· A proactive, agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing data and processes.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and evolving environment.
· An interest in sports is a plus, and absolute discretion with confidential information is required.
