Overview
Join TikTok Shop’s Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting hiring and talent initiatives for TikTok’s e-commerce platform across Southeast Asia. You will contribute to sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while learning the ins and outs of recruitment and employer branding in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and match candidate qualifications to role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Track and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.
- Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support a smooth and engaging interview experience for applicants.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite; knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS is a plus.
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship.
