Key Responsibilities
- Source junior-level candidates and build healthy talent pipelines across multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews, schedule panels, and maintain smooth communication with applicants
- Keep ATS records clean, updated, and data-accurate to support hiring decisions
- Prepare weekly hiring reports to highlight progress, challenges, and next steps
- Support market research projects that identify new sourcing pools and talent trends
- Assist with employer-branding tasks such as content drafts or talent-focused campaigns
- Help streamline recruiting processes and suggest improvements for efficiency
