Key Responsibilities

- Help manage logistics and correspondence for recruitment drives and HR projects
- Conduct research on best practices to enhance recruitment workflows
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
- Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
