Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the recruitment life cycle for technical roles
- Support strategic talent-mapping and deliver insights to business leaders
- Assist in new HR projects and optimize existing processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to gain holistic business understanding
- Provide support for HRBP in general HR tasks and special projects
Requirements
- Undergraduate or master’s students interested in the e-commerce or tech industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Able to commit to at least 3 months (full-time preferred, part-time with minimum 3 working days/week is acceptable)
