Overview
This internship places you inside TikTok Shop’s Talent Acquisition team, the group responsible for building strong hiring pipelines across Southeast Asia. You’ll take on real recruitment projects, support process improvements, and gain hands-on experience in how fast-growing tech companies hire at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and speaking with potential candidates

- Contribute to short-term projects that strengthen the Talent Acquisition function
- Coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams for alignment on hiring needs
- Respond to candidate or stakeholder requests to ensure a smooth hiring experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Able to commit at least 3 months (full-time preferred; part-time possible with 4 days/week)
