Key Responsibilities
- Assist with equipment sourcing, scheduling, and delivery tracking for locker rollouts
- Monitor locker stock levels and help troubleshoot deployment issues
- Support customer account setup under growth and expansion initiatives
- Extract monthly billing data and perform reconciliation using SQL tools
- Help maintain accurate reports for non-platform service usage
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep project timelines on track
- Provide operational support for procurement and vendor activities
- Contribute to process improvement ideas based on data and field observations
Requirements
- Currently studying business analytics, business, supply chain, or a related field
- Comfortable using SQL or eager to learn it quickly
- Clear communicator who can work with different teams
