Overview
Marina Bay Sands is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our IT team as a Technical Documentation Intern. In this role, you’ll work closely with IT subject matter experts to create and manage internal documentation that supports systems, networks, and applications. You’ll gain hands-on experience in organizing technical knowledge that powers one of Singapore’s most iconic destinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain user-friendly troubleshooting guides for IT systems and tools
- Assist with version tracking and regular updates of all technical documents
- Organize documentation into structured, centralized repositories for easy access
- - Set up and improve filing systems and naming conventions for consistency
- Attend team meetings to capture minutes and follow up on action items
- Support the documentation of network, server, and application procedures
- Identify gaps or outdated content and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Currently a full-time student; internship must count towards school graduation criteria
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently
- Good written communication skills with an interest in technical writing
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, and online file-sharing platforms
- Willing to learn and contribute actively to process improvement
- Familiarity with documentation tools or IT systems is a plus
