Overview
Marina Bay Sands is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Documentation Intern to support our IT operations team. You'll play a key role in organizing and standardizing technical knowledge, working alongside subject matter experts (SMEs) to streamline internal processes and improve knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in writing and editing troubleshooting guides for IT systems and infrastructure
- Maintain version control of technical documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Organize and centralize all documentation in designated digital repositories
- Create and improve processes for document filing and categorization
- - Participate in meetings, take minutes, and distribute summaries to relevant teams
- Review documents regularly to identify and correct outdated or unclear content
- Work with various teams to gather technical information and standardize formats
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program; internship must fulfil academic credit
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written communication skills, especially in conveying technical concepts
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic file management
- Familiarity with version control or document tracking tools is a bonus
