Overview
Join Micron Technology's Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG) and contribute to a critical project in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) development. As an intern, you will help build a standardized defect library dashboard to track and document electrical and physical failure signatures. Key Responsibilities
· Support the analysis and documentation of electrical and physical failure signatures for various defect modes.

· Utilize Python to create data integration and visualization tools for the defect library.
· Help document project findings and standardize tracking methodologies for the team.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field.
· Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and application development.
· Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics or engineering principles.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month full-time internship.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a technical team environment.
