Overview
This internship places you directly on the production floor, working alongside engineers to improve how medical devices are made. As a Smart Lean Program Intern, you will study real manufacturing processes, analyse operational data, and help implement improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality. It is a hands-on role designed to build strong foundations in operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Observe and document production shopfloor workflows to identify improvement opportunities

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team projects

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field

- Comfortable working with data and basic analysis
- Willingness to learn on the shopfloor and ask questions
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
