Key Responsibilities
- Welcome arriving guests, guide them through the arrival process, and support smooth check-ins
- Assist with luggage handling, storage coordination, and item delivery requests
- Escort guests to their rooms while explaining facilities, amenities, and resort features
- Respond to guest questions and requests through in-person interaction and phone support
- Use internal systems to track guest requests and update service records accurately
- Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful recommendations within the resort and Singapore
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver personalised and consistent guest experiences
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student with internship required for graduation
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English
- Friendly, polite, and confident when interacting with guests
- Detail-oriented and able to follow service procedures carefully
- Willing to work shifts and be deployed operationally
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Able to manage time well and work independently when needed
