Key Responsibilities

Study current work order planning flows to identify inefficiencies and changeover delays
Design improved sorting logic to increase machine utilization and production throughput
Develop visual or fool-proof controls to prevent incorrect MI cable loading
Help implement check-in systems that reduce material mix-ups on the production line
Support detection methods for identifying non-conforming materials early
Analyze production data to propose practical, data-backed improvements
Collaborate with operations teams to test and refine new control processes

Requirements

Diploma student in Industrial or Operations Management or a related field
Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes
