Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payroll, claims, and supporting documentation accurately.
- Conduct research on regulations, social enterprise models, and grant opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing community and stakeholder events.
- Support recruitment, engagement, and management of volunteers.
- Gather and analyse market data to inform program expansion strategies.
- Contribute to the development of operational processes for Arq’s shared services in Singapore and the region.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Social Sciences, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong interest in social impact, nonprofit work, or community development.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and adapting to a dynamic environment.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Stipend: $800–950/month
