Key Responsibilities
- Support ticketing operations by coordinating ticket inventory and stakeholder requests
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to support planning decisions

- Work with marketing, communications, and ecommerce teams to ensure event details are accurate
- Engage visitors professionally at box offices to ensure smooth crowd flow
