Key Responsibilities
· Support research and analysis for digital literacy initiatives, including Digital Skills for Life and online safety programmes.
· Assist in conducting foresight studies on emerging trends in digital skills development and digital parenting.
· Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to inform programme design and policy.
· Help translate research findings and foresight studies into clear, actionable strategies and policy recommendations.
· Support project planning and monitor implementation timelines for digital readiness programmes.
· Prepare briefing materials and research global best practices to support the cluster's international engagements.
Requirements
· A background in Public Policy, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. An interest in technology is essential.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· An awareness of digital literacy concepts and societal technology trends.
· A proactive, curious mindset with an interest in how policy shapes an inclusive digital society.
