Key Responsibilities
- Support Ticketing Operations Manager with coordination between internal stakeholders and promoters
- Attend to ticketing requests, monitor inventory, and ensure operational accuracy
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to support planning
- Maintain up-to-date client and event data records, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Assist in creating promotions and monitoring uptake for events
- Engage visitors professionally and assist in box office operations
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and e-commerce teams to ensure correct event information
- Support crowd control and ensure smooth visitor experiences during events
