Key Responsibilities
· Support the daily coordination of front office activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

· Contribute to upselling initiatives and provide guests with information on property amenities and local attractions.
· Aid in maintaining accurate room status information and managing front desk resources.
· Support the implementation of service recovery procedures and risk management protocols.
· Assist in administrative tasks such as report verification and guest data management in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
· A strong passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive learner with a problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
· Comfortable using property management systems and standard office software.
· Able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
