Overview
Join HDB’s Customer Management Department (CMD) as a Data Analytics Intern and contribute to enhancing customer service delivery across the Housing Management Group. You will work with real customer feedback and service data to identify insights, improve service quality, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Examine customer feedback data to identify trends, service gaps, and satisfaction drivers.
- Conduct statistical analyses on performance metrics, including call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring complaints to pinpoint underlying service issues.
- Categorize and prioritize pain points, mapping them to specific service processes or touchpoints.
- Design and implement a standardized monthly reporting framework with dashboards and KPIs.
- Develop automated workflows to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare reports and present findings to department stakeholders at key project milestones.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle and interpret large datasets effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, or programming for data analysis.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Available for a full-time internship from May 2026 – Aug 2026.
