Overview
Marriott International is offering a Human Resources Operations Internship in Singapore, providing hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management across the Asia Pacific (excluding China) region. As an intern, you will collaborate with the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition & Management Solutions (TAMS) teams to support recruitment, HR initiatives, and pre-opening hotel projects while gaining exposure to global HR practices in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in rolling out TAMS initiatives, policies, and HR guidelines across the APEC region
- Support recruitment and human capital activities for operational and pre-opening hotels
- Maintain HR databases and online systems with accuracy, ensuring compliance with processes
- Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations for internal HR communications
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable recommendations
- Participate in organizing associate events and HR projects across regional offices
- Research HR trends, sourcing methods, and technologies to support innovative solutions
- Collaborate with HR team members to drive project targets and ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Social Sciences, or related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple stakeholders
- Professional demeanor and willingness to learn from a dynamic team
- Available to commit to a full-time, six-month internship
