- Help maintain accurate room status and reservation records
- Contribute to upselling initiatives and revenue optimization strategies

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Passionate about customer service and hospitality trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of front office operations is a plus
