Overview
Micron Technology Singapore is offering a semester-long Process Integration Internship within its New Technology Introduction (NTI) team. Interns will support the deployment and optimization of new technology nodes in semiconductor manufacturing. This role provides hands-on exposure to data analysis, automation, and semiconductor process flows, while collaborating closely with engineers on cutting-edge 3D NAND process technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Automate reports and analysis for SWR and wafer-level process monitoring
- Extract, monitor, and analyze inline and probe data to support decision-making
- Create and maintain waterfall charts, zonal analyses, and critical lot tracking reports
- Partner with process integration engineers to optimize existing reporting tools
- Provide training on Python/JMP scripts to internal team members
- Assist in additional projects to improve team performance and efficiency
- Support routine reporting tasks while learning semiconductor fabrication techniques
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Familiarity with Python, JMP, or other scripting/programming languages
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and process flows
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Prior experience solving intermediate technical problems is a plus
