Overview
UOB Singapore is offering a six-month Travel Concierge Assistant Internship for students eager to gain hands-on experience in luxury travel services. In this role, you will support high-value clients by providing personalized travel assistance, managing itineraries, coordinating group travel, and assisting with membership programs. You’ll work on-site with a professional team, learning the ins and outs of premium travel management and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in person, providing tailored travel advice
- Assist with membership upgrades for Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) Discovery clients
- Prepare and maintain Excel tracking sheets and sign-up templates for clients
- Coordinate group travel logistics, proposals, and supplier communications
- Create professional, customized itineraries for individual and group travel
- Support flight bookings and quotations using New Distribution Capability (NDC) platforms
- Represent UOB at travel fairs and promotional events
- Assist clients with visa documentation and application tracking
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and client-focused attitude
