Overview
Join Shiseido Singapore as a Culture & Engagement Intern and help shape a vibrant, collaborative workplace. Over a six-month full-time internship, you’ll support initiatives that strengthen team spirit, enhance employee experiences, and foster the One Shiseido identity. You will gain hands-on exposure to event planning, internal communications, and wellness programs while contributing to the company’s dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, visitor management, and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain office directories, seating plans, and pantry inventory
- Receive, track, and organize incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Plan and execute engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and office events
- Assist in tracking budgets for workplace engagement programs
- Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys and reporting
- Present proposals and updates on events and initiatives to internal stakeholders
- Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination across multiple business entities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Discreet, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva
