Overview
This internship places you on the project management team that supports mixed-signal IP development within a leading semiconductor company. Guided by an experienced mentor, you’ll help improve project workflows, support documentation, and assist with NDA processing across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organising different stages of IP development projects—from kick-off to tracking and closure
- Support efforts to standardise project templates, processes, and reusable materials
- Help project managers monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, and resource allocation
- Contribute to efficiency improvements through automation, analytics, and workflow optimisation
- Create clear documentation and visual dashboards to support ongoing project tracking
- Coordinate aspects of the NDA process by aligning with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements
Requirements
- Pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field
- Comfortable working in teams and communicating clearly
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Proficient in Excel and common office tools
- Nice to have: familiarity with basic budgeting concepts or exposure to legal processes
