Lalamove, a leading global on-demand delivery platform, is offering an Operations & Logistics Internship for students interested in supply chain management and last-mile delivery. Interns will support the operations team in coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth logistics for clients and drivers, gaining practical exposure to fast-paced, tech-driven logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries and accurate tracking
- Schedule same-day deliveries and assign logistics personnel according to project needs
- Handle client requests, follow up on claims, and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and address operational challenges
- Prepare daily reports and invoices for clients and local operations
- Support packing, sorting, and other operational tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth workflow and compliance
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Undergraduate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of resolving client or operational issues efficiently
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
